I was concerned I had waited too long to check this item off my bucket list, but no! My age of 65 didn't matter, nor did my arthritis, or even heart condition. I was calm throughout the process. Leaving from the ground and being pulled up by a plane made a difference to me rather than jumping off a cliff or running. (They don't tell you that for some reason at the sign-up area.) Ian, the instructor, made things fun and relaxed. It was definitely worth the extra cost to get the photos and videos to share with my friends and family.
